Overview

The Pharmacotherapy Examination Preparatory Course is designed to equip practicing pharmacists with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) examination for Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certification. The BCPS is a prestigious American board certification, recognized internationally, that validates advanced clinical expertise and professional competence in pharmacotherapy.

Delivered over 40 learning hours (3 instructional days per week), the course provides comprehensive coverage of all major pharmacotherapy domains tested on the BCPS examination. The curriculum includes pre- and post-mock examinations that allow learners to evaluate their understanding of the presented concepts while strengthening exam readiness, clinical reasoning, and test-taking skills.

In addition to BCPS preparation, this course is also highly beneficial for pharmacists applying for the Saudi Board in Pharmacy. The content aligns closely with the clinical knowledge base, therapeutic decision-making, and evidence-based practice standards required for the Saudi Board, making it a strong foundational and revision resource for candidates pursuing either certification pathway.
