Overview
Knowledge management is the systematic management of an organization's knowledge assets for the purpose of creating value and meeting tactical & strategic requirements. The main aspects of knowledge management include the strategies, initiatives, processes, and systems that sustain and enhance the collection, storage, assessment, sharing, refinement, and creation of knowledge.
Applying an efficient knowledge management system can significantly enhance the awareness level and attitude towards the MoC and its systems among healthcare providers. Which will in turn ensure efficient design and implementation of the MoC initiatives, and facilitate healthcare providers’ orientation to the MoC and its implementation strategies.
Therefore, we are conducting a KM strategy Knowledge sharing session to deploy it and embed it in the healthcare ecosystem.
