English Overview
Acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT) is a behavioral psychotherapy. It is one of the third wave psychotherapies. Recent studies suggest that ACT may be effective for a variety of Psychological disorders. They include many anxiety disorders, depression, pain, trichotillomania, psychotic disorder, and drug abuse. Also it can help in the management of epilepsy and diabetes.
علاج التقبل والالتزام هو أحد أنواع العلاج النفسي. وهو أيضا أحد أنواع العلاجات في الموجة الثالثة في العلاج المعرفي السلوكي. أظهرت الأبحاث العلمية الحديثة أن علاج التقبل والإلتزام يفيد في تحسين أعراض اضطرابات نفسية عديدة ومنها: اضطرابات القلق، الاكتئاب، اضطرابات الألم، اضطراب نتف الشعر، الذهان والإدمان.
