Overview
This course is part of a series: Introduction to Healthcare. This two-part module covers First Aid and provides a general introduction to First Aid: Basics, CPR, AED and choking in the adult, child and and infant in Part 1 and Medical illness, Traumatic injuries and Environmental injuries in part 2. It is intended for entry -level healthcare workers, public health professionals and volunteers in any healthcare setting.
The course delivery strategy includes video presentation and powerpoint material. The module has a MCQ assessment after each part
