Overview
Vasopressor drugs are those which used in critically ill patients to act upon the cardiovascular system to correct haemodynamic derangements and provide adequate organ perfusion.
The manner in which these agents are commonly used and since nurses are the one who is responsible about administering and titrating these drugs you need to be educated enough before dealing with it. Your attendance of this lecture will help you gain a better understanding about it.
