Overview
This course is designed to help prepare pharmacist for the responsibility of monitoring and managing anticoagulation therapy patients and clinics. Particularly, this course provides advance aspects of anticoagulation therapy to pharmacists who are interested in establishing a Pharmacist-led Anticoagulation Management Clinic in order to optimize their knowledge and skills base of safe anticoagulation therapy practices.
