EMR course is an extensive Internal Medicine review. This course has been designed to give the ultimate experience in learning in an organized and enjoyable manner.

The course has been designed to provide an organized and practical approach to all systems in internal medicine (Respiratory, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology).

Review articles are also called literature reviews, and they provide a summary of previously published scholars on a specific topic. The review articles can be narrative reviews or systematic reviews which set on the top of the evidence pyramid and tend to be cited often which could advance your academic career. It can be done easily from your home without the need to go to a hospital and meet patients in person for data collection. This is very important especially to those you have limited hospital exposure and certain times like what we are experiencing now with the pandemic of COVID-19.

These series of lectures intend to provide practical guidance in how to obtain a well spreaded metaphase ready for analysis starting from sample receiving to karyotype interpretation. This series designed as follows:

Part II: Harvest Procedure and Slide preparation
Part III: Metaphase selection, capturing and automation

It includes 8 sessions; each session includes a variety of MCQs that require your interaction to drive the session as well as to measure your knowledge. The course will provide guidance for all 5th year Nursing students, Nursing interns and fresh graduates approaching the SNL Exam. In addition to, variety lectures for understanding the structure of exam and some self-learning materials.

The lecture will cover several aspects of Basal and Postprandial insulins as initiation and intensification phases.

Critical appraisal is a systematic process used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a research article in order to assess the usefulness and validity of research findings. After selecting an article, you must be able to sit with the article and critically appraise it. This session will help you to analyse any original study in a simple systematic approach that you can use when presenting an article at your academic day, journal club or read for your patient.
