This is a free 1-hour promo online session and will be offered as an Introduction to the Wheelchair Training Program (WTP) for Rehabilitation and Healthcare Professionals. The WTP is a recognized training course by the International Society of Wheelchair Professionals (ISWP). The purpose of the WTP is for healthcare professionals and rehabilitation specialists to develop knowledge and hands-on skills in the process of identifying and providing wheeled mobility and seating interventions to people of all ages and disability type. The program builds on the World Health Organization (WHO) training packages and other educational and clinical resources. The program will be carried out specifically through a case based and evidence-based practice learning approach.

the Saudi Society of Toxicology (STS) announces: The Scientific Day of the Saudi Society of Toxicology STS: Nanotoxicology against Homeopathy 2025, which is planned as an online event on the 27th day of February 2025.
This scientific day is intended to examine the interaction between two subject areas Nanotoxicology vs Homeopathy and encourage a dialogue between even the most diverse of all groups like scholars, researchers, and practitioners. The aims and objectives are to serve and advance the responsible and ethical application of nanomaterials in the field of toxicology and at the same time elucidate the concepts and practices of homeopathy.
Homeopathy is a Therapeutic System of Medicine considered traditional and “like cures like” enables the cure of the afflicted. This topic during the event will center on the scientific basis of these disciplines, how their developments and integration includes modern medicine and its implications toward the field of toxicology.
Moreover, the use of Artificial Intelligence AI in toxicology will be addressed, especially its benefits in the field of predictive modelling, risk assessment, and data processing. Focus will be placed on how AI can improve the existing toxicology research and practice by being more accurate, efficient, and innovative.
