Overview
High-quality healthcare depends on skilled professionals who can effectively share knowledge and develop others. This Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop is designed to equip selected healthcare professionals with the essential skills to plan, deliver, and facilitate impactful training sessions. By building a network of certified trainers, participants will be empowered to transfer knowledge, strengthen workforce capacity, and contribute to continuous improvement in healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
To successfully complete the workshop, participants must achieve a minimum passing score of 60%. Those who meet this requirement will receive a certificate and be recognized as Certified Trainers.
