COVID19 From Pharmacy Director’s Perspective
Overview
In this session, we will be having pharmacy directors of four hospitals around the kingdom who have been managing COVID19 patients. Each one of them will share their challenges and experience on how did they plan and prepared their hospitals for such fight. The session will include the following:
• Changes in Policies and procedures.
• Changes in the normal workflow
• How to overcome shortages in staff and Medications due to the quarantine.
• How to ensure the pharmacists' safety while dealing with:
• Suspected COVID19 patients who come to the outpatient.
• Nurses who come to collect medications for COVID19 inpatients.
• Also Sharing any other obstacles that they faced and how did they overcome it.
